How the quota works
One quota for everything
Subtitles, speech, images, documents and cloud web page translation all use the same quota. The extension and your account page always show the percentage left and the reset date.
Resets on your subscription date
Monthly plans get a new quota with each renewal. Yearly plans get one each month on the day you subscribed (or the last day of shorter months); it can’t be used in advance.
No rollover, no overage charges
Unused quota doesn’t carry over to the next period. When it runs out you’re never charged extra — Pro isn’t “unlimited”.
Trial rules
- Granted automatically the first time you sign up and verify your email — once per account. Deleting your account and signing up again with the same email doesn’t give a new trial.
- Valid for 7 days, or until the quota runs out. It isn’t renewed monthly.
- No card needed. When the trial ends you’re never charged; you go back to Free.
- Buying Pro during the trial ends the trial right away; any unused trial quota is added to your first month of Pro.
- To prevent abuse, the number of trials from the same network in a short time is limited, and new trials pause once the total trial budget is used.
