Cancelling automatic renewal

Go to your account page and choose “Manage subscription” — you don’t need to contact us. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that your account returns to the Free plan and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds

First purchase, within 14 days: full refund. If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment (the first Pro payment on your account, monthly or annual) and we’ll refund it in full.

First purchase, days 15 to 30: refund of the unused part. From day 15 to day 30 after your first Pro payment, we refund the share of that payment’s quota you haven’t used. For example, if you have used 20% of the quota included in that payment, you get 80% back. For an annual plan, the share is worked out over the whole year’s quota.

Technical problems: full refund. If a problem on our side stops a paid feature from working as described and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the affected payment in full.

When we refund a first purchase, we also cancel that subscription, so you won’t be charged again. Other payments, including renewals, are non-refundable except as set out above or where required by law. You can try the service first with the Free plan and the one-time trial.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you. For example, if the service has a major failure you may be entitled to a refund. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, may also provide refunds under its Buyer Terms (for example, where a statutory cancellation right applies in your country).

To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, visit paddle.net, or contact realtimetranslator.support@gmail.com. Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method.

What happens to your quota after a refund

Once a refund or chargeback is confirmed, the quota from that payment can no longer be used for new cloud requests. Quota already used can’t be restored. A partial refund reduces the remaining quota proportionally.

Trial

The trial is free, so there is nothing to refund, and it never turns into a paid plan automatically.
